For any legal dispute to these terms & Conditions, the Jurisdiction of the United Kingdom will be used to settle all issues in court. By booking a tour with Coaster Breaks LTD you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
By booking a Tour with Coaster Breaks LTD, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and along with any other information brought to your attention ahead of travelling form the basis of our contract which you agree to be bound by. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and agree to these Terms on behalf of all other individuals in your group
Furthermore, you consent to Coaster Breaks LTD use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you are authorised on behalf of all participants in your party to disclose their personal details to Coaster Breaks LTD, including special categories of data such as health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements.
1. THE BOOKING CONTRACT
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when Coaster Breaks LTD issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check the confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to Coaster Breaks LTD immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking and attend a tour with Coaster Breaks LTD and you agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to Coaster Breaks LTD.
2. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
By booking on behalf of other participants, you will become the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with Coaster Breaks LTD, notifying if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying any information you provide on behalf of another individual and the information is accurate. Coaster Breaks LTD will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
3. REQUIRED MEDICAL INFORMATION
You must provide any medical information that may impact your ability to travel and participate in a tour or theme park activity. Please refer to each theme parks official statement on medical requirements for their attractions as they will have the right to refuse entry to certain rides and attractions in their own policies and this is not down to Coaster Breaks LTD
Pregnancy is also considered a medical condition and must also be disclosed to Coaster Breaks LTD at the time of booking as this will impact certain attractions that you will be allowed to enter and that you agree will not impact your trip missing these attractions.
The transportation used for Coaster Breaks LTD is not fitted with any disability enhancements and so you will need to make sure you are of sound health to enter and exit the mini bus without support.
You are responsible for assessing whether a tour with Coaster Breaks LTD is suitable for you and that Coaster Breaks LTD does not provide medical advice.
4. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Any special requirements must be disclosed to Coaster Breaks LTD at the time of booking. Coaster Breaks LTD will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements and requests but this is not always possible. All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to Coaster Breaks LTD at the time of booking. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these Terms or the contract between you and Coaster Breaks LTD and Coaster Breaks LTD is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfil such requests.
5. AGE REQUIREMENTS
All tours under Coaster Breaks LTD are not designed for anyone under the age of 18 and anyone below this age is considered to be a minor.
Minors are allowed on private tours whereas you book the entire trip for your own party as a minimum of 8 participants. The accompanying adults are responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that all minors travelling meet the legal requirements. Coaster Breaks LTD will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
Each adult on a booking with a minor is jointly responsible for the behaviour, wellbeing, supervision and monitoring of each minor, and jointly accepts these Terms for and on behalf of any minor on their booking, including all assumptions of risk and limitations of liability. Coaster Breaks LTD does not provide care services for minors and any responsibility for chaperoning or controlling any minors.
6. MANDATORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
As a minimum, you must have travel insurance of at least £200,000 for medical and repatriation covering all applicable dates of travel with Coaster Breaks LTD. This will be checked on your first day of the tour to make sure you have sufficient cover.
You are also strongly recommended to extend your coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while traveling. You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any tour offered by Coaster Breaks LTD and you are required to obtain separate coverage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel and destinations included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage.
7. PRICES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES
All tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. Coaster Breaks LTD will not increase the price of your tour after you have paid the initial deposit. Coaster Breaks LTD reserves the right to amend the price of any unsold tour at any time and correct pricing errors.
Sometimes Coaster Breaks LTD may offer a reduced price for new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received by Coaster Breaks LTD are not entitled to the reduced pricing.
All dates, itineraries and prices of tours are subject to change at any time and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking.
8. DEPOSITS
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of £199 per person, per tour is due to Coaster Breaks LTD. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you cancel a booking, and the cancellation is not a result of non-payment or any other breach of these terms, the deposit amount will be held with Coaster Breaks LTD as a Lifetime Deposit, subject to these Terms. Lifetime Deposits have no expiry and may be applied towards payment of a deposit on another tour offered by Coaster Breaks LTD. The Lifetime Deposit is transferable and may be transferred by you to another individual by providing notice to Coaster Breaks LTD in writing. This will only cover the initial deposit and not the full amount payable.
The Lifetime Deposit has no cash value. Only one Lifetime Deposit may be applied per person per product booked. A Lifetime Deposit may not be applied to the same tour at the same dates of travel. If the tour is cancelled within 70 days of departure for which ever reason not responsible to Coaster Breaks LTD, there will be no lifetime deposits offered. Lifetime deposits can only be transferred once, the second time that a tour is cancelled by yourself, the lifetime deposit will also be forfeited.
9. DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
As a condition of booking, you must provide all information requested by Coaster Breaks LTD along with final payment when due. In the event that you fail to supply information required, Coaster Breaks LTD reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled and charge any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by Coaster Breaks LTD. Coaster Breaks LTD will not be held responsible for any fees suffered as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information provided.
10. TRAVEL TO INITIAL STARTING POINT OF TOUR
Tour prices do not include international or other airfare, along with any other means of transport to the starting address of each tour. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange. On some tours, Coaster Breaks will offer a pick up from Ashford International Station. This is classed as a free option and is not charged as part of Coaster Breaks.
11. FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
The confirmation sent by Coaster Breaks LTD will contain details of the final payment required for any booking. Payment of the balance of the price is due 60 days before the departure date of the tour. If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, Coaster Breaks LTD may, at its sole discretion, change the rate payable for the booking, or treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit paid on booking as a cancellation fee. For all bookings made less than 60 days before the departure date of the tour, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Coaster Breaks LTD is not responsible for any charges by third parties or financial institutions by you as a result of credit card or other payment transactions and will not refund any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to Coaster Breaks LTD.
12. CANCELLATION BY YOU BEFORE DEPARTURE
You may cancel your booking by notifying Coaster Breaks LTD. Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by Coaster Breaks LTD and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled Tour.
Cancellation received 70 days or more before departure: Lifetime Deposit will be held by Coaster Breaks LTD in accordance with these Terms, any remainder of payments made to Coaster Breaks LTD in respect of the cancelled tour will be refunded.
Cancellation received 30-59 days before departure: Lifetime Deposit will be held by Coaster Breaks LTD in accordance with these Terms, an amount equal to 50% of the remainder of the payments made to Coaster Breaks LTD in respect of the cancelled Tour will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: Lifetime Deposit will be held by Coaster Breaks LTD in accordance with these Terms and no further refund will be payable.
For cancellation of My Own Room, you will receive a full refund if the notice is 31 days or more from the date of departure. For any cancellations with 30 days or less, no refund will be payable.
Cancellation charges have been calculated as an estimate of the losses Coaster Breaks LTD will incur in the event you cancelled your tour within the specified time period, taking into account charges Coaster Breaks LTD will sustain from suppliers. Coaster Breaks LTD will deduct the cancellation charges from any monies you have already paid.
You have the right to cancel your confirmed holiday before departure without paying a cancellation charge in the event of “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” occurring at your tour destinations. In these circumstances, Coaster Breaks LTD shall provide you with a full refund but will not be liable to pay any additional compensation. Your right to cancel in these circumstances will only apply where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has changed its advice to warn against travel to your destination after the date of your booking. “Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” means warfare, terrorism, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease or natural disasters.
13. GUARANTEED DEPARTURES, CHANGES & CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE TOUR OPERATOR
Coaster Breaks LTD guarantees that all scheduled tour departures booked and secured with a valid deposit will depart as indicated on the applicable confirmation, subject to reasonable itinerary changes as described in these terms or safety concerns. This guarantee is not applicable in the case of Force Majeure. Any media displaying tour information and departure dates are subject to change and you are best to check the relevant information on the Coaster Breaks LTD website.
If Coaster Breaks LTD makes an insignificant change to your tour, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you as soon as reasonably possible but will have no liability to you for failing to inform you. Examples of insignificant changes include change of accommodation to another of the same or higher.
Occasionally Coaster Breaks LTD may have to make a significant change to confirmed arrangements. Examples include the following, when made before departure:
(a) A change in accommodation area for the whole or a significant part of your time away.
(b) A change of accommodation to that of a lower standard or classification for the whole or a significant part of your time away.
(c) A significant change to your itinerary, missing out one or more destinations entirely.
(d) Alternative theme park visits due to issues outside of Coaster Breaks LTD control or a change in order of theme park visits.
If Coaster Breaks LTD has to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and if there is time to do so before departure, will offer you the choice of accepting the changed arrangements or having a refund of all monies paid. We will also offer an alternative travel arrangement of comparable or higher standard if available at no extra cost or if available, accepting an offer of an alternative arrangement of a lower standard, with a refund of the price difference between the original arrangement and the alternative arrangements.
You must notify Coaster Breaks LTD of your choice within 7 days of the offer. If Coaster Breaks LTD does not hear from you within 7 days, we will contact you again to request notice of your choice. Failure to respond again within 3 days, Coaster Breaks LTD will assume that the alternative arrangement has been accepted.
Once a tour has departed, itinerary changes may be necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment or comfort. Any changes are at the discretion of the tour operator.
You must have reasonable financial resources to cover incidental expenses during travel with Coaster Breaks LTD and Coaster Breaks LTD is not liable for your failure to prepare adequately for travel and unforeseen circumstances.
Compensation
In addition to a full refund for a cancelled tour, Coaster Breaks LTD will pay reasonable compensation If Coaster Breaks LTD makes a significant change less than 60 days before your departure date and you do not accept the changed arrangements and cancel your booking or if Coaster Breaks LTD cancels your booking and no alternative arrangements are available.
Coaster Breaks LTD will not pay you compensation where Coaster Breaks LTD makes an insignificant change or where Coaster Breaks LTD makes a significant change or cancels your arrangements more than 60 days before your departure.
Where Coaster Breaks LTD makes a significant change and you accept those changed arrangements or you accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements, you agree that you will also not be compensated for the change in itinerary.
Where Coaster Breaks LTD has to cancel your arrangements as a result of your failure to make full payment on time or when the change or cancellation by Coaster Breaks LTD arises out of alterations to the confirmed booking requested by you, compensation will also not be paid and where Coaster Breaks LTD is forced to cancel or change arrangements due to Force Majeure.
If Coaster Breaks LTD becomes unable to provide a significant proportion of the arrangement that you have booked with Coaster Breaks LTD after you have departed, we will, if possible, make alternative arrangement for you at no extra charge and where those alternative arrangements are of a lower standard, provide you with an appropriate price reduction.
14. CLIENT TRUSTEE ACCOUNT
Coaster Breaks LTD works in partnership with Protected Trust Services (PTS), a client trustee account which keeps consumers money safe until the departure date of your tour. All money paid to Coaster Breaks will be kept in a separate account controlled by PTS until the departure of your tour. This is in line with the UK and EU Package Travel Regulations of 2018 for consumer protection. 15. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Our tours are currently only scheduled in the Schengen area of Europe and so entry is only required into the starting destination of your trip.
It is your own responsibilities to have in your possession at all times the required documentation and identification required by the relevant authorities in each country including all visas, permits, certificates and insurance policies. It is
You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel with Coaster Breaks LTD as set out in your schedule. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the tour, and you are solely responsible for any costs incurred as a result of missing or faulty documents.
You are accountable for the full amount of any expense suffered by Coaster Breaks LTD that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of any travel documents. Coaster Breaks LTD does not provide advice on documents or the accuracy of any information provided on visas or vaccinations and you agree that Coaster Breaks LTD is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.
16. FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES
You acknowledge that the nature of theme park travel requires flexibility and that you will permit reasonable changes to itineraries by Coaster Breaks LTD in order to provide a better service. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control Coaster Breaks LTD including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown and theme park difficulties including rides and attractions. No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are lost or unused after departure due to no fault of Coaster Breaks LTD, including your removal from a tour because of your negligence or breach of these Terms.
17. CHANGES MADE BY YOU & TRANSFERS OF BOOKING
If you wish to change any part of your booking after the confirmation invoice has been sent, you must notify Coaster Breaks LTD as soon as possible. This should be done by the named person who placed the booking. You are accountable for ensuring that information provided to Coaster Breaks LTD is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to your name on any booking are subject to Coaster Breaks LTD approval. Any changes to a booking depend on availability and are subject to Coaster Breaks LTD approval and these Terms. Any extra costs incurred for making the change will be charged to you along with an administrative fee and you should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made. Cancellation of any tour included in a booking will not be considered a change for purposes of this section and will be governed by the applicable cancellation terms. No changes are permitted to any booking within 10 days of departure of the tour on the applicable booking. Where Coaster Breaks LTD is unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking Coaster Breaks LTD will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee may be payable.
If you or any member of your party is prevented from travelling, that person may handover their place to someone else, subject to the following conditions: The new person is introduced by you and satisfies all conditions applicable to the tour, Coaster Breaks LTD is notified no less than 7 days before departure, you pay any outstanding balance, an amendment fee of GBP£50 per person transferring, as well as any additional charges or other costs arising from the transfer and the transferee agrees to these booking conditions and all other terms of the contract between us.
You and the transferee remain jointly liable for payment of all sums. If you are unable to find a replacement, cancellation charges as set out will apply in order to cover any costs to Coaster Breaks LTD, otherwise, no refunds will be given for passengers not travelling
Certain arrangements may require a longer notice period or may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration could experience a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangement.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
You acknowledge that theme park travel and the services offered by Coaster Breaks LTD include a substantial amount of walking. By traveling with Coaster Breaks LTD you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Coaster Breaks LTD from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel including tour itineraries.
You agree that Coaster Breaks LTD is not responsible for providing information or guidance with respect to local customs, weather conditions, specific safety concerns, physical challenges or laws in effect in any locations where a tour is operated. You acknowledge you have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges and your own personal capabilities and needs, and you expressly assume the risks associated with travel under such conditions.
You must at all times strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of every country and region. Should failure to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on a tour or, if in the opinion of the tour operator, your behaviour is causing or is highly likely to cause danger, distress or material annoyance to others, the tour operator may terminate your travel arrangements immediately at your expense and without any liability on Coaster Breaks LTD. You will not be entitled to any refund for unused parts of the tour or costs incurred as a result of terminating your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals.
You are responsible for any costs including repair, replacement and cleaning fees incurred by the tour operator or the suppliers for property damage, destruction or theft caused by you while on a tour. You agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage to a representative of Coaster Breaks LTD and staff of the accommodation, theme park, or facility as soon as possible upon discovery.
You agree to take all practical measures in relation to your own safety while on tour including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices including seatbelts etc. and obeying all posted signs and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety. Neither Coaster Breaks LTD nor its third party suppliers are liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings.
You agree to bring any complaints to the tour operator as soon as possible in order to provide Coaster Breaks LTD with the opportunity to properly address such your complaint. Coaster Breaks LTD assumes no liability for complaints that are not properly brought to the attention of the tour operator and cannot resolve or attempt to resolve complaints until proper notice is provided. If you fail to notify the tour operator of complaints or concerns while on tour, Coaster Breaks LTD will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint immediately and this may affect your rights under these Terms. Any complaint made after the completion of a tour must be received in writing by Coaster Breaks LTD within 30 days of the last day of travel of the booking in question.
19. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaster Breaks LTD will accept responsibility for the arrangements we agree to provide or arrange for you as an “organiser” under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as set out below and as such, Coaster Breaks LTD is responsible for the proper provision of all travel services included in your package, as set out in your confirmation invoice. Subject to these Booking Conditions, if Coaster Breaks LTD or its suppliers negligently perform or arrange those services and Coaster Breaks LTD doesn’t remedy or resolve your complaint within a reasonable period of time, Coaster Breaks LTD will pay you reasonable compensation. The level of such compensation will be calculated taking into consideration all relevant factors such as but not limited to: following the complaints procedure as described in these conditions and the extent to which Coaster Breaks LTD or Coaster Breaks LTD employees’ or suppliers’ negligence affected the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Please note that it is your responsibility to show that Coaster Breaks LTD or its suppliers have been negligent if you wish to make a claim against Coaster Breaks LTD.
Coaster Breaks LTD will not be responsible or pay compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim if it results from the acts of a third party unconnected with Coaster Breaks LTD and which were unavoidable and extraordinary or Force Majeure.
It is a condition of Coaster Breaks LTD acceptance of liability under this clause that you notify any claim to the tour operator and our suppliers strictly in accordance with the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
Coaster Breaks LTD will not accept responsibility for services or facilities which do not form part of its agreement or where they are not advertised. For example any service or facility which your hotel or any other supplier agrees to provide for you.
20. PROMPT ASSISTANCE
If, whilst you are on holiday, you find yourself in difficulty for any reason, the tour operator will offer you such prompt assistance as is appropriate in the circumstances. In particular, the tour operator will provide you with appropriate information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance, and assistance with distance communications and finding alternative travel arrangements. Where you require assistance which is not owing to any failure by Coaster Breaks LTD or our employees, Coaster Breaks LTD will not be liable for the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or other such assistance you require. Any supplier, airline or other transport supplier may however pay for or provide refreshments and/or appropriate accommodation and you should make a claim directly to them. Furthermore, Coaster Breaks LTD reserves the right to charge you a fee for its assistance in the event that the difficulty is caused intentionally by you or a member of your party, or otherwise through your or your party’s negligence.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Coaster Breaks LTD will not be liable or pay you compensation if its contractual obligations to you are affected by “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” meaning any event beyond Coaster Breaks LTD control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare, terrorism, political disturbance, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely, natural disaster, fire and all similar events outside Coaster Breaks LTD or the suppliers control.
22. IMAGES AND MARKETING
You agree that, while participating in any tour, images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants, Coaster Breaks LTD or its representatives that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken for the use of any marketing, promotions and advertising by Coaster Breaks LTD and any partners that have been contracted to perform such actions on any medium. You acknowledge that there will be no compensation payable to you for said pictures, whether known at the time or at a later date that these pictures were taken.
23. PRIVACY POLICY
Coaster Breaks LTD must collect your personal information to deliver the tour booked. Coaster Breaks LTD collects, uses and discloses only that information required to enable Coaster Breaks LTD and its Third Party Suppliers to provide the particular tour that you have booked as described in Coaster Breaks LTD Privacy Policy and is expressly incorporated into these Terms. By submitting any personal information to Coaster Breaks LTD, you indicate your acceptance of Coaster Breaks LTD Privacy Policy.

24. AMENDMENTS
Coaster Breaks LTD reserves the right to update or alter these terms at any time, and will post the amended Terms on the Coaster Breaks LTD website found here:
A copy of the updated terms can be sent to you after a written request to Coaster Breaks LTD. You are deemed to have accepted any amendments to these terms and any request or query will be referred to the terms at the time the concern was raised.
25. ATOL Protected
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
